MORE THAN CAMPING
Timber Pointe Outdoor Center is more than just a summer camp. We have an incredible facility with over 160 acres nestled on the beautiful Lake Bloomington that hosts nearly 3,000 guests for various rentals in a year! Timber Pointe Outdoor Center rentals include
weddings, receptions, conferences, parties, meetings, retreats, and team building experiences.
WEDDINGS
REHEARSAL DINNER - CEREMONY - RECEPTION
2025 Total rental fee is $6,500 for Friday morning through Sunday morning.
At signing of contract, 50% is due plus a refundable $500 security deposit (not included in rental fee)
Main level seats approximately 250 at round tables.
Ground level seats approximately 200 at round tables.
Lodge features restrooms on both levels, kitchen, elevator, lower level private changing rooms and restroom, back porch, and outdoor lakefront ceremony space.
Rental includes exclusive use of the entire lodge plus circular tables, rectangular tables, portable bar, chairs, and outdoor ceremony benches.
All decorations, catering, bartending, DJing, photography, and other needs will be procured by the renting party
Additional cabins can be rented for wedding party and/or guests to stay the weekend.

Main Lodge and other large buildings available
Buildings range from seating for 25- 250
Tables, chairs, restrooms, wifi, kitchens, kitchenettes, meeting areas, screened in porches, pavilions, living rooms, and fire rings available.
Prices range from $300-$1950 per day, depending on building

TEAM BUILDING - FIELD TRIPS - RETREATS
Full day (4-7 hours) between $55-$65 per person, depending on time frame and type of programming
Half day (less than 4 hours) between $35-$45 per person, depending on time frame and type of programming
Ten participant minimum
Programming can be a mix of any available activities (dependent on weather/staffing) including:
Rock wall/zipline, giant swing, teambuilding, archery, canoes, fishing, swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, tractor rides
